Quick Dinner

So first I need to share a GREAT real quick meal-or just lunch. Put about two pieces of cut up bacon in a pan on the stove. Let it quick brown (not all the way through yet) and add about 1/2lb of ground beef. Add seasoning and chopped onion to your desire. While that cooks unwrap a (brand name pillsbury or generic if cheaper) refrigerated crescent rolls. Break them apart to make four rectangles and press the diagonal cut together to strenthen it. With a little water and a quick swipe of a rolling pin they stay pretty well. Cut 4 tomato slices and sepretely beat an egg to set aside. The meat should be done by now and can be drained. Transfer the dough to a cookie sheet and put a nice pile of meat on one end of the dough. Add a slice of tomato, some extra onion if you like and maybe a little mustard too! (or bbq sauce). Fold the dough over your pile and use a fork to stab the ends closed. Brush each closed crescent with some egg and bake at 375 for 10-15 mins, or until the ends get light brown. DELICIOUS! Everyone will ask for more and if you take one to work to reheat, there will be jealousy! :)
