Madden 2010

This years Madden already has a story to tell. From puttin money down the first time EVER to my PlayStation breaking two days before madden came out, its been interesting to say the least. This year has quite a few differences that I donno if I like yet.
One of the differences is that you get to fight for a fumble, but it seems like they happen more often now. Theres a pile up and your screen tells you to press one of four buttons repeatedly-and the button changes. Seemed kinda cool at first, you get a chance to recover and its not all left to the computer. On the other hand, its alot of work and energy to put into a PS3 game-this isn't Wii!!
I remember in college many different online franchises competing. It was a highly stressed part of the game. You think madden the game makes enough money each year. Guess not, because this year they got greedy. To play an online franchise you have to pay $9.99. Thats right folks, this is no longer a free part of the game! Whats next?! Bidding for a fumble? Paying to play online? I'm very disappointed with this 'option,' especially considering the recession!
Personally, my strength in a game is precision passing and a user catch. For some reason this is a little harder. The passing accuracy of some great QB's (Vick, Favre) are not that great. Some people don't know the secret to a user catch. Press 'O' right before the completion and then hold triangle and L1. Works almost every time! Well...in madden 09 it did.
The game in a whole is much more realistic. The movements, the uniforms, your handle and chance for certain plays that is no longer left to the computer. It all is a positive look for Madden--wonder what they'll come up with next?
